How can I pay for items or repairs?
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, cheques or cash.
- Payment by cheque – Please be advised cheques will be cleared before purchases are made available for collection. Allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear through the banking system.
- Payment by cash - Cash is only accepted in house; please do not send cash payments through the post.
- Payment by card – For credit card payments a surcharge of 1.5% will be added to the total amount. There is no additional cost for debit card payments.
Is it possible to have my watch posted to me?
Buyers who wish to have items posted will incur a charge covering postage, packing and insurance. We are happy to quote for this service. Please be aware that restrictions apply on the shipping of certain brands to some countries so please contact us prior to purchase.
Please note items purchased will not be dispatched until payment is received.
Are all of the watches for sale restored?
No, not at all. We service all of our watches to give our guarantee of working order occasionally repairing or replacing worn out parts if necessary, we have an excellent stock of genuine spares to maintain the authenticity of a watch inside and out. Our in-house Swiss trained case restorer re-finishes all of the cases using the same techniques and finishes that the watch would originally have left the factory with. On occasion if a dial is damaged we may do some sensitive restoration, however we pride ourselves on our honesty and want our clients to leave happy with their purchase, so if you have any questions regarding any particular watch on our site please do not hesitate in asking and we will be happy to give you a complete and honest answer.
What guarantee comes with the watch?
We personally guarantee all vintage watches repaired or sold by us for a period of 1 year. Watches for sale have been thoroughly checked inside and out to verify their authenticity. All of the images on our website are taken in-house and of the actually watch being offered, further images are available at request.
