18 jewel Cal. 10”’200 self-winding movement, cream dial with hourly applied gold Breguet numerals and bordered by silvered dot minute track, subsidiary seconds at six o’clock, gold spade hands, polished round case with polished raised bezel and snap back, fitted contemporary padded Patek Philippe strap in patent black with associated gilt buckle. Case, dial and movement signed. Together with Extract from the Archives. First sold 8th July 1946.
