The extract accompanying this watch states that the original case was replaced by the case bearing the number 308,472 during a service in their workshop in 1957. 18 jewel Cal. 12”’120 manual wind movement, cream dial with hourly applied faceted gold batons and bordered by outer gilt dot minute track, subsidiary seconds at six o’clock, gold Dauphine hands, polished round case with raised polished bezel and snap back, fitted contemporary padded Patek Philippe strap in patent black and signed gold buckle.
